So, it’s going to be my first recipe in the blog, it
should be tasty, easy and healthy.
I want to start from telling how to cook
salmon fillets, because i’m fond of this fish. Its fillet is full of vitamins
(Е, РР, В1, В2, С, А) and minerals such as potassium, zinc, fluorine, iron,
phosphorus etc. Even more! In salmon fillets a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids which
slow down ageing process.
What can be better? ;)

Honestly, i really take care of my health and trying
always be up to snuff. Of course i take exercises but clean nutrition is
essential too.
You know, fish was the first food stuff i’ve started
experiment with. Oh, how much recipes i’ve tried! A lot of them were really
awful. But some of them looked like a
jack pot! Neverthless, it’s important to notice, that the correction for each
recipe is needed. I always change something, coz i need one spice more at a
steady pace. So, keep in mind my dear readers, the most important thing in
cooking process is individual approach, do not copy the recipe blindly. Never.
You have to try it, experiment with it. Because cooking is an art, anyway.
As you’ve already understood, i love to cook a fish.
