Sauteed Zucchini,Yellow Squash and Onions recipe

Today I have a great mood! Have thought a lot about childhood, when dad used to buy fresh vegetables and cooked quick and healthy dinners for me every spring. And after good dinner we have always had a long walk. It used to be different towns and even countries, but the evening walk was a tradition anyway.
Once, I grow up and started to cook at home by my own. For me, for dad, for mom. And that's cool. I mean, parents do their best for children and then it should be on the contrary.
Well, today my parents have visited me and I decided to open every-spring-tradition. So, I bought yellow squash, zcuhinni and onions in market.

Do you know what does it mean? Yeeep, I found out sauteed zucchini and yellow squash recipe! And onions, of course :) I love the recipe, because it's really tasty, easy and so spring!
By the way, did you know than botanically zucchini is a fruit? Yuuum

How to cook salmon fillets with asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes

So, it’s going to be my first recipe in the blog, it should be tasty, easy and healthy. 
I want to start from telling how to cook salmon fillets, because i’m fond of this fish. Its fillet is full of vitamins (Е, РР, В1, В2, С, А) and minerals such as potassium, zinc, fluorine, iron, phosphorus etc. Even more! In salmon fillets a lot of Omega-3 fatty acids which slow down ageing process.  
What can be better? ;)
Honestly, i really take care of my health and trying always be up to snuff. Of course i take exercises but clean nutrition is essential too.

You know, fish was the first food stuff i’ve started experiment with. Oh, how much recipes i’ve tried! A lot of them were really awful. But some of them  looked like a jack pot! Neverthless, it’s important to notice, that the correction for each recipe is needed. I always change something, coz i need one spice more at a steady pace. So, keep in mind my dear readers, the most important thing in cooking process is individual approach, do not copy the recipe blindly. Never. You have to try it, experiment with it. Because cooking is an art, anyway.

Hey! My name is Cornelia, I’m 21 y.o and I’m addicted to cooking. 
Suddenly, the idea to make a blog crossed my mind, earlier I didn’t think about it at all. I have a lot of cooking books at home with numerous bookmarks. So, when I want to cook something special, I know exactly where my recipe of the day is. My friends ask me at every turn how to cook tilapia fillets or even how to cook pizza or something like that. You know, it’s all dead easy ;) But I get annoyed each time to take recipe books from my shelf, that’s why I’ve decided to start a food blog.
